Privacy Policy

Because Cupdiction is a non-custodial, wallet-based platform, we do not collect names, email addresses, or government IDs by default.

We collect: Solana wallet addresses (public keys), trading activity and market interactions, IP addresses and device information for security and abuse prevention, and analytics data (page views, interactions).

We use collected data to: operate and improve the Platform, prevent fraud and market manipulation, comply with applicable legal obligations, and provide customer support.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

All on-chain transactions are permanently public on the Solana blockchain. This includes your wallet address, trade amounts, and market positions. We have no ability to make this data private.

We use cookies and local storage for: age verification confirmation, session preferences, and analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics tools that do not track you across sites.

Off-chain data (analytics, IP logs) is retained for up to 12 months. On-chain data is permanent by nature of the blockchain.

You may request deletion of any off-chain data associated with your wallet address by contacting us. We cannot delete on-chain transaction records.

We implement industry-standard security practices. However, no system is perfectly secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your wallet — always protect your seed phrase.
